E-GMP’s international recruitment markets

Each market has its own page, with the employers, the trades and the destination-side rules that apply there.

The Gulf

Saudi Arabia is the largest market: 15,445 workers since 2010. Two thirds of those placed with its 128 named clients came through Saudi manpower and HR companies staffing their own clients. The Eastern Province around Dammam is its industrial centre. In Kuwait, 377 workers deployed to three named employers and current orders from 15 employers for 600 more, most in construction, steel fabrication and entertainment. In Qatar, 130+ across 15 named employers, from Masskar Hypermarket in retail to Qatar Engineering and Construction in heavy industry. In the UAE, E-GMP has recruited aircraft technicians for ADASI and AMMROC in Abu Dhabi.

Europe

Italy is the largest European market: E-GMP has deployed 96 resort crew to seven of Aeroviaggi’s resort companies in Sicily and Sardinia, for the Palermo group behind the Mangia’s resorts. In Lithuania, E-GMP is approved to recruit 77 CE-category trailer drivers for UAB Fortotrans, a freight company at Elektrėnai that runs its own fleet. In Germany, it has deployed staff nurses for SM Care Solutions, on an approved order for 50. Cyprus is a single order for a refrigeration technician, opened through a recruitment company there.

Australia and New Zealand

Australia is agriculture: E-GMP has deployed workers to three of four farming and manufacturing employers there, on approved orders for 52 workers, most of it livestock, including piggery roles for Donaldson Farming at Deniliquin in New South Wales, and dairy roles for two more farms. New Zealand’s requirements are different, and both countries are covered on the Australia and New Zealand page.

Asia

In Brunei, E-GMP recruits the kitchen and service crew for The Foodee Enterprise, which has ordered in 2023, 2024 and 2025, and baristas for Beanery & Co. In Japan, E-GMP is approved to recruit 20 care workers for Natsu Company. In Taiwan, E-GMP recruited 122 factory workers for Kinsus Interconnect Technology, and Taiwanese manpower companies are welcome to open an order.

Canada

E-GMP is approved to recruit electromechanics, packaging agents and millers through Solution Recrutement International, a recruitment and immigration company.

How E-GMP enters a market

Through the licensed recruitment and manpower companies already working in it, and directly with employers who hold their own accreditation.

Most of E-GMP’s business comes through the first route. A manpower or HR company holds the contract with its own client, sends the order, and keeps the relationship; E-GMP holds the Philippine licence, the pipeline and the documentation behind it. That is how the Saudi market was built, and it is how the European and Asian ones are being built now. In Europe that means European recruitment companies; in Taiwan, Taiwanese ones.

What E-GMP recruits for in each market is set out by trade on all industries.

Common questions about markets and destinations

Which countries has E-GMP actually deployed workers to?

More than 15,900 Filipino workers have been deployed to employers across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar, 146 of them named. E-GMP has also deployed workers to Italy, Brunei, Cyprus, Germany, Australia and the United Arab Emirates, and it holds approved job orders for Lithuania, Japan and Canada. Current approved orders are in the Department’s register under each employer’s own name.

Can E-GMP recruit for a country that is not on this page?

Usually yes. A destination appears here because there is a record behind it, not because it is the boundary of what E-GMP can do. What a new destination needs is your company’s accreditation and an approved job order, and we will tell you what that takes for yours before you commit to anything.

We are a recruitment company, not the end employer. Can we still open an order?

Yes, and it is how most of E-GMP’s business arrives. You hold the contract with your client; E-GMP holds the Philippine licence, the pipeline and the documentation.

Does the process change from one destination to another?

The Philippine half does not: accreditation, a verified job order, sourcing, documentation, exit clearance. The destination half does. Saudi Arabia authenticates employment contracts through Qiwa, Kuwait issues work permits through the Public Authority for Manpower, Qatar through the Ministry of Labour, and European destinations run their own permit and visa routes. Where a destination sets its own threshold for using a licensed Philippine agency, that is on its market page.
