Case study
ADASI, Abu Dhabi: quality officers and technicians for a drone programme

- The need
- ADASI develops drones and other unmanned systems. It needed quality officers and technicians, and people with drone experience were in short supply.
- What E-GMP did
- E-GMP looked beyond the job title. It proposed Filipino aircraft technicians, whose skills carry over to drone work.
- The result
- ADASI’s job order was filled, and E-GMP recruited for ADASI for two years.
AMMROC, Al Ain
AMMROC maintains, repairs and overhauls military aircraft at its centre in Al Ain.

E-GMP supplied AMMROC directly for two years: aircraft technicians, senior and lead technicians, aircraft inspectors, aircraft painters, planning engineers, quality engineers and stores staff.
Technicians matched to your licence, aircraft and experience requirements
Tell E-GMP what each role must hold, and it shortlists candidates against it:
Licence and ratings
The licence and category the role requires, and the ratings, for example airframe, powerplant, or both.
Aircraft and systems
The aircraft, engines or systems the technicians will work on.
Experience and sign-off
The years of hands-on maintenance experience you need, and whether the technician will sign off completed maintenance.
You interview the shortlisted technicians, remotely or in person, before anyone is selected. If you need other aviation or aircraft-maintenance roles, send them with your requirement and E-GMP will tell you which it can take on.
Manpower and recruitment companies that supply aviation technicians to their own clients can order through E-GMP the same way. See how a recruitment partner order works, and employer resources for accreditation, documents, timelines and costs.
Questions from aviation employers
Which aviation employers has E-GMP worked with?
E-GMP supplied AMMROC, the military aircraft maintenance centre in Al Ain, directly for two years: aircraft technicians, senior and lead technicians, aircraft inspectors, aircraft painters, planning engineers, quality engineers and stores staff. For ADASI, the drone and unmanned systems company of the EDGE group in Abu Dhabi, E-GMP proposed Filipino aircraft technicians whose skills carried over to drone work. The job order, for quality officers and technicians, was filled, and E-GMP recruited for ADASI for two years.
Can I ask for technicians who hold a specific licence?
Yes. Include the licence, category and ratings each role requires, the aircraft or engine types, and whether the technician will sign off maintenance. In the Philippines, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines issues the aviation maintenance technician licence, with airframe, powerplant, or airframe and powerplant ratings. If the role needs a licence issued or accepted by your own aviation authority, say so. E-GMP shortlists candidates against these requirements, and you interview them before anyone is selected.
Can an aviation manpower or recruitment company order technicians through E-GMP?
Yes. If your company holds the contract with its own client, you place the order, and E-GMP sources, documents and deploys the Filipino technicians under its Philippine licence.
